Please excuse the slightly off topic post, but does anybody know what the part # is for the scratch fader? I don't want the regular replacement ("CFR"). Anywhere cheap on line to order it from? All leads are welcomed. Sorry about the slightly off topic post but I finally solved the mystery behind the scratch fader for the Vestax PMC 17-A. Apparently three different faders fit this mixer: CFR (the normal one it comes with), CFS (a slightly looser version) and CFR-2 (scratch fader). After extensive web searches and phone calls I finally spoke to Ali @ Platinum Records (503-222-9166) who told me that the CFR-2 is no longer available and was replaced by the CFR-US. I have no affiliation with this company but they did treat me excellently and they do have the fader in stock.
